If you look at last year gross revenue you can estimate that they get about $4 dollars (a little over $1 net) per user per year.<\/p>\n<p>Based on that, I was wondering if people would be willing to pay them $5 per year for not serving us advertising and not following our implicit action?<\/p>\n<p>Personally, I think I would although I don&#8217;t think that they&#8217;ll be willing to accept that as they are probably trying to figure out how to extract more than that amount from my presence on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>I think however that many may actually be happy to be targeted and be served targeted advertising.<\/p>\n<p>What would you do?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class='wb_fb_bottom' style='text-align:;'> <\/div><p>Like probably so many people around the world I read the Facebook S1 yesterday.
